Digicam Hire Limited terms and conditions How to Hire Should Digicam hire Limited for any reason not be able to supply the equipment requested Digicam hire Limited reserve the right to supply you with an alternative of the same or nearest specification. Delivery of the equipment will be the day before hire before 1.00 pm. Returning the equipment should be done the day after the hire date. This will ensure that the equipment will reach us on the due date. Digicam hire limited can not be held responsible if the delivery is late. All the equipment hired is insured during transit. When hiring equipment from Digicam Hire Limited and in the possession of the customer that is from the time delivered to the time handed over to the post office you the customer should ensure equipment is insured at all times. A deposit will be required when hiring any equipment from Digicam Hire Limited. The deposit amount is shown on Digicam Hire Limited website at the time of adding the equipment to the shopping cart. Should the total hire cost including the deposit not be received two days before the hire date Digicam Hire Limited will not despatch the equipment. If the equipment hired is not returned on the return due date then the daily standard charge for the item of equipment will be taken until the equipment is returned. All equipment is tested and checked before despatch if for any reason the equipment is faulty it is the hirers responsibility to notify Digicam Hire Limited by e-mail at the time of arrival. The payment charge is calculated on Digicam Hire Limited website when all the equipment has been add to the shopping cart. The deposit will be taken at the same time as the full payment for the hire cost. The equipment is the sole responsibility of the customer and should not be given or lent to any other person during the hire period. If any damage is caused during the hire period the equipment will be fixed by Digicam Hire Limited and the cost will be deducted from the deposit. If any of the equipment is lost or stolen during the hire period the customer will be responsible for paying for the replacement of the equipment and the deposit will be withheld until the matter is rectified. Should you the customer wish to hire equipment from Digicam Hire Limited then there is a three day turn around time. This is to ensure all payments are received and equipment can be checked, packaged and dispatched. If you should cancel your equipment hire with Digicam Hire Limited we will charge you a minimum charge of £40. This will cover the administration costs incurred. It is not Digicam Hire Limited responsibility to check and see if the equipment hired is suitable for the use it has been hired for although we will endeavour to help you in this process as much as possible.
